Visited this Waba Grill paid for dine in and when I request to use the restroom to wash my hands, the employee states the restroom is no longer in service. Completely ridiculous!

Let me start by saying the girl who took my order was amazing and professional. To her counterpart the girl with glasses and dark hair ! Shame on you for treating customers the way you treated me for while getting my condiments making sure to remind me you would call me when my food was ready. I was not pressuring you to hurry with my order but i certainly did not appreciate you making a point by letting my order sit there while you got the two orders after me ready. If you were my employee I would have fired you for conducting yourself like that. Sadly I will not be returning to this Waba

We got the family pack steak chicken. Said it would feed 4. Chicken was 1 chicken breast and the steak I don’t know if that was real meat. It was horrible and looked like dried beef jerky. No flavor at all. Rice was very bland as well. Will not be back.

Clean location, when I eat here I always see someone cleaning the tables and the kitchen always spotless. Service is grea, friendly staff, always make me feel welcome, food is made fresh every time I order, I give this location a 5 star.

10-23-23 2:45PM was rudely ignored when trying to pick up online order from younger employees here. Just absolute terrible customer service. Second time I come to this location & receive little to no help. Couldn't not recommend this location any less

HORRIBLE place, everything is dirty and not taken care of. the manager damaris is SO RUDE. what are y'all waiting for to fire her?!? you can clearly tell she is manipulative and extremely rude by how she talks to you only because her english is limited. As a manager i know how to treat customers with kindness and respect and she has zero experience and also limited with that LOL. the bathroom is also really dirty and at night there is roaches and rats hanging around the wanna grill. avoid at all costs if you want to live to see another day and go to another location please. God Bless

No toilet paper and no soap in bathroom. Lobby trashcan filled to the brim. I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is.
