Online order site sucks, sent me chintzy wrong order, won't answer their phone, no reply from corp (twice), no follow up on obviously switched order, nada. Avoid at all cost! 👎

We were happy to have a location near us, but it is very disappointing. They constantly run out of items, including chicken! orders take very long, they are not consistent, amounts vary for no reason, employees are not knowledgeable of the plates, making constant mistakes and dismissing customer cimplaints.
We will drive to a further location, since we like the food, but this Platt location is full of issues and we will not go back. Be advised, this location is awful and...read full review
