Unfortunately the location is scattered with people who are highly addicted to heroin or meth, it's super sad to see people so broken but the unfortunate part is that they hassle you in a very aggressive, even makes me uncomfortable and honestly a little scared to come to the specific location. The worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to in my life. No joke. It's poorly run, the customer service is beyond awful, the management is non-existent, and the employees are rude and nasty. If you want something from the hot case, there's a 10% chance it'll be there or be ready. If you want a clerk to smile or say thank you, you better not hold your breath. They scammed me for some cigarettes, I accidentally paid with two $20s that were between the 1s and I didn't realize until a couple of minutes later. When I returned they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Terrible service and the employees are extremely rude. I expect some kind of word or refund back from the managers. I'm not giving 0 stars just because it's not possible.
