What a find! Fresh, creative, and delicious sushi. And at a reasonable price! Service is friendly and attentive. Sit at the bar and have a chat with the chef/owner. He’s talented, dedicated, and perceptive. He’s really paying attention to his customers even when it seems like he isn’t. A thoroughly pleasant dining experience. A real gem.

Omg, this sweet cozy spot is a complete hidden gem. Amazing, fresh sushi and pristine hospitality. Everyone there was warm, kind and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Excellence through and through. Thank you!

We love Shoei’s sushi!!! And his wonderful wall art celebrating the art of jazz; his refined and witty clientele; and only wish to have him open a restaurant in Las Vegas where we now live. We fly back here just to eat at Ajisai!!!
