The worst years I've ever had, a cup full of only ice, only coffee without taste,

Alfred cafe chain in the form of a takeout counter that is hedging on its location right next to Glossier.
Usual trendy but very limited menu with proper service.
The idea is nice but the location is literally a very tight alley with not much seating and no toilet facility.
Vegetarian options: Very limited menu
Parking: Adjacent pay parkinglot. But only worth it if you are going there for other needs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not proper seating and narrow alley

I’ve ordered twice from this place online and both times the order was canceled - once after I already walked there and the manager had an attitude. Never again.
What a cool collaboration with Glossier. If you are a fan of either brand the stop in. I had an iced matcha with coconut milk and brown sugar. So good.

Our visit to Alfred's Coffee, nestled beside Glossier on Melrose, was a delightful experience. Opting for their signature pink matcha, we were treated to a refreshing and Instagram-worthy beverage. The vibrant pink hue of the matcha was as eye-catching as it was delicious, offering a unique twist on the classic green variety. Sipping on this trendy treat amidst the bustling Melrose scene was the perfect way to recharge and indulge in a bit of West Coast charm. Alfred's Coffee offers more than just great drinks; it's a trendy hotspot where style meets substance, making it a must-visit destination for any visit to Melrose.
The store manager Bryan and Sami are truly incredible!! Great hospitality
I came in a couple days ago for rose berry splitter and Havana recommended it with a matcha shot and it was one of the best matcha I’ve ever had. 10 out 10 experience

The coffee is always great and latte art that Havana creates is on point.

The coffee is Los Angelesly priced, but the vibe can't be beat (the weird fountain! so delightfully unsettling!). And, considering it's attached to Glossier, you'd think it would be overrun with influencers, but I guess they all flock to Alfred Prime on Melrose Place. An exceedingly chill spot to get a coffee and zone out for 30 minutes. Friendly staff, good service, all that stuff.

Wonderful service and delicious drinks! Loved the Glossier Pink Latte (strawberry). Was surprised at how big the large was - well worth the price!
