Don't let the 3 stars fool you, this little coffee shop is quite the treat. The coffee here is very good and always tastes fresh. The pastries are good and they will warm upon request. The food is also delicious and made with fresh ingredients. If you wish to sit and enjoy there are plenty of seats inside or you can go outside and enjoy if the weather is nice. The staff greets you with a smile when you enter and they are very polite.

Food is decent enough for an everyday lunch. The people are very nice, and the courtyard on the side is really pleasant in the Spring and Summer. Prices are very fair.

Loved it! Awesome layout, have everything you need frombottled energy drinks, muffins, breakfast burritos etc. Also, the convenience of breath fresheners, eye drops, and other items of practicality. The owner Ivan displays great customer service & discipleship also.

First off, I'd like to say that the food isn't so bad. It is the inconsistency with their delivery and their website in placing orders. How is it that every time I order within their limited time frame, they don't have a person to deliver or the cancel my orders through the website and I don't get the email in time to order from somewhere else. Not to mention that something is always wrong or missing in the order.There is always an excuse as to why they can't deliver. They have even cut their delivery times down to 9:00am-2:00pm, which is never a guarantee. Today I tried to order from the West Hollywood location at 1:00pm and they said that they are not delivering. What do you mean that you are not delivering, it is 1:00pm??? They stop delivering if they are slow. Not everyone eats lunch at the same time. I see patients until 1:00pm. How does this make any sense???I have left several messages to speak to the owner as, I have worked in the restaurant industry for years during my undergrad. So, I do understand that things happen, but it is almost every time I try and order with them. The owner never returns calls, and I know it is that the staff does not relay the messages.I sure hope that the owner reads this review, because if they want their employees running their business into the ground. They are doing a great job in doing so.Do yourself a favor and order from a place where they don't make up delivery times.Very upset and frustrated customer!

So 2 years after they opened they still can’t get my order right. Almost every single time I order from them they either forget something or just give me a completely different order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it’s convenient and cheap but I still expect my food to be made right and well. Today I ordered the chicken club wrap with turkey instead of chicken and they gave me the turkey avocado wrap ??♀️ And I also got fries but there was a huge chunk of fries fried together and they gave like half of what they used to. The owner needs to step it up and take control because they’re going down hill fast! I’d rather pay a higher amount for delievery

I mostly come here for the convenience. Nothing to write home about, but for an office cafeteria type place, it's better than most - hence the 4 stars. (This is NOT a 4 star when compared with a restaurant.) The breakfast burrito is pretty good for $6. And I like their tea as well.

**** their so called "Greek yogurt" is made from yoplait yogurt why would the owner lie and say it's Greek i have a friend that works for bites and he says it's regular yoplait yogurt, good thing my little sister didn't eat it because she is allergic to yoplait yogurt. Francois the owner is just trying to sell his products and not caring for the customers.
I really like the food from this place, I work right next door too. I really hate that something is always wrong with my order. My colleagues and I ordered online, when I got my food it was missing the sausage in my breakfast bowl. I hate not getting what I pay for. They need to pay attention to the orders, they added a few pieces of turkey and that's not what I asked for. This is very annoying, I may not return anymore.

**Grubhub Order**I'm so happy my friend picked Bites! My food was delicious. I ordered 1/2 of the chicken club. My lunch special came with tomato basil soup. Never cared for tomato soup but glad I tried it. IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD. My chicken club sandwich was yummy too. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and she was raving about some potatoes it came with. I'm sure we will be ordering from here again, VERY SOON.

Yeah this place and the one on sunset sucks I know a liquor store with better options to order from . And there was a guy there who was rude as hell he claimed to be the owner but I'm not sure I just won't go there no more .
