I've been coming here for a long time, and this has always been one of my favorite places. But honestly, I'm a bit disappointed this time. The portions of the food were really small. I ordered the calamari and only got about 7 or 8 pieces — very disappointing. The meatballs were also quite small. I also ordered a drink and specifically asked for a shot with just a splash of something else, but it came out watered down, so I ended up having to add another shot. Overall, I'm a little disappointed and hoping that, in the future, both the service and portion sizes will improve.
Having dined at Cecconi's since it opened in 2009, I look forward to being there with my best friends whenever we want to gather for lunch in West Hollywood. It is centrally located, filled with a fun crowd and is a place to see and been seen.
Great restaurant and history here, but unfortunately this being my favorite places for Desserts, we were given the bill without asking for it as we had to beg to get a dessert menu. Well, the dessert menu never came, but as I told the waiter, I love the profiteroles here it automatically came. Our server was suddenly nowhere to be found as we had three other people coming to our table to find our server at the end of the night at the front of the restaurant talking to colleagues . Great place, good food, but horrible service
Lovely spot, food was great, staff was incredibly helpful to explain the menu and wine options in detail. Thank you for the amazing time!
Unfortunately, the eggplant parmigiana of my partner did not meet his expectations. On the contrary, it was barely edible. No taste, overcooked and for a parmiggiana, there was way too little mozzarella in it! We come from Europe and are familiar with Italian cooking. My food was good, but not outstanding. The noise level was very high, the ambiance average. Too bad, we won't come back. Value for money is poor. You can get better food.
Always our first place we go to when visiting, sitting at the bar is a must, great service, Connor did a great job.
Been coming here for years and this time the food was terrible! A big fan of the zucchini frittes, but that was not as good! Also sofa seating is very uncomfortable...opt for table and chairs
Love this place. Always satisfied with the service and the food. Never disappoints and a must in LA.
Great experience and our waiter was very nice. Food was excellent made with fresh ingredients.
The valet is rude, nothing about that experience reads luxury. I always get the lemon caviar pasta and it's 3/5 times good. Try to make it consistent as it's expensive.

Second time dining here and first time for dinner. Our first time for brunch we had a fantastic server. For dinner last night our server kept changing. We had a total of THREE different servers during the course of our meal, which definitely impacted our experience. The first one seemed completely checked out and if it is toward the end of their shift, I get it. The second one was the best of the three but she was reassigned before the entrees came. The third server takes over our section and provides the table next to us what seems like double the amount of specials the first server shared with us. So the night was inconsistent in terms of service. Even though the food was good we left less than satisfied and not interested in desert or ordering another bottle of wine. I also probably wouldn't order the truffle add-on again. The shavings amount seemed so small compared to other restaurants.
Really bad slow service and the food was awful - it was almost completely empty for Brunch and it sued to be a hot spot. I will never go back just awful and crazy expensive
Came here on a 1st date. Place exceeded my expectations. Im definitely coming back on another 1st date. Kidding. Lol. The halibut was so famn good.
Lots of good options if you're gluten-free dairy free, but I'm sad they took off the best dessert that serves people like me. Please put the vegan chocolate mousse back on the menu! Also be aware that if you order a gluten-free pizza, they use regular flour to cook it so it is not really gluten-free but the pasta is. Little overpriced overall, but tasty.
always a huge joy in every sense!!! absolutely perfect food, service and a wonderful atmosphere!!! top favorite in la!!!
