The BEST pastrami sandwich ever. I haven't been to the dad's deli, Langer's in decades, and forgot what a good pastrami tastes like - only Langer and his daughter do it right, and on the best rye bread in town. So so so worth every penny of a sandwich. No other deli compares. Only note would be a nicer or more comfy eat-in vibe.

We had the papa sandwich. It was amazing!!! 10/10. However, for the $26 price tag they should at least throw in bigger sides. I will definitely go back.

Their version of Langer's #19 is pretty spot on! This is just my guess, but it seems like Langer's uses more sugar in their coleslaw so it's a bit stronger flavor but otherwise pretty similar!

This place is excellent. Best ingredients I've ever had at a deli. I don't understand why there isn't a line out the door

Underwhelmed considering the high price. I got the Papa pastrami sandwich, which was just fine, the potato salad side was not seasoned well and a weird consistency. Staff were perfectly friendly and my order was ready quickly but just with the high cost I probably wouldn’t come back.

I am a big fan of Langer’s and will go out of my way to risk my life going to the seedy area it is located for the fantastic Jewish Deli. Only recently did I find out there is a location closer to me in WeHo owned by the granddaughter.

Normally I would have ordered the pastrami, but today was a burger kind of day for me. That’s what I got. They call it the Zane. The serving size was quite large. 1/2 lb of burger was substantial. The burger did lock a bit of juiciness and was cooked more medium.
What is definitely a stand out was the bread it sat on. That texture, that taste was superb!

I like the fact that they have free parking. WeHo corner where they are located is a hard part of town to park. I would not have bothered going if the parking was not free.

The sandwiches here are priced eye popping higher than anywhere in LA. The only reason it can is for riding on Langer’s legacy. So come prepped for the sticker price expectation lol.

The negative was the service was so slow. It was a lazy Saturday noon when I went. I must have waited maybe 20 to 30 minutes for my food. A burger and fries.

I still look forward to coming back to try the famous Pastrami Coleslaw sandwich take on the #9 at the original Langer’s .

I had the turkey. The rye bread is the best I have ever eaten anywhere in the world. I have dreams about it.

First time visit and Daughter's Deli food is an excellent! Everything came out piping hot. Pastrami, matzo ball soup, fries, etc. Perfect rye. Fresh OJ, delish. Strongly recommend. Go now.

Whitefish salad was too smoky and too salty.

Nestled in a strip mall on the Sunset Strip, Daughter’s Deli is a welcome source of much needed non-fancy restaurant food in this neighborhood. The mostly carry-out business also has a few tables, but don’t go looking for atmosphere, it’s all about the food. The matzo ball soup was real! No salty chicken bouillon, but delicious, simmered chicken broth with sliced carrots and white meat chicken. The mushroom barley soup was rich and tasty, but my only complaint is that it comes in only one size, cup, which, when ordered as take out, is a shockingly small portion. The matzo ball soup comes in two sizes (most likely due to the large matzo ball) but why not offer other soups in “cup” and “bowl” options like every other deli in town?! Try to avoid prime lunch and early dinner hours because it quickly fills up!

Mom/daughter vacay so why not intentionally select “Daughter’s Deli” for lunch? Glad we did! Love the portrayal of humble beginnings. Definite motivating touch for the purpose of taking my 16 year old out as she discovers her unique self and prepares to place a mark on the map!!

We chose a chicken Caesar Salad, Mac n cheese, cheddar broccoli soup and a club sandwich. Soup rose in my hierchy of THE BEST; poor Panera…

Food was delivered in the perfect amount of time but also allowed me to read the clippings on how the owners got their start. Everything came packaged to please and pleased the palate!

Employees were full of energy and truly enjoyed their time working. That’s a hard press these days!

My daughter and I walked from our hotel and didn’t need parking but there was certainly availability.

I’d have a “do over”!!!
