I had accidentally ordered a smoothie from the app to the Sunset location (it happens!). I showed up at the Santa Monica location and told them the mistake I made. They were very friendly and helpful and told me to simply call the Sunset location and cancel it. The Sunset location also cancel it quickly and easily and with kindness. Just wanted to shout out both locations! Thank you!

A good spot for a smoothie or protein shake, with several vegan and gluten-free options. Perfectly convenient if you’re working out at Equinox.
Even though this Earth bar is one of the smaller locations, that's actually what I like about it the most. Because it is a smaller location, there are less staff there, which means there's room for relationship building.
Majority of the staff here are warm, responsive, engaging, go out of their way to make each encounter count. However, there is one of their staff that is very standoffish, none engaging, and somewhat cold.
That is the wrong temperament to have when handling someone's food and providing service for someone. I don't know why he is like that, nor do I care, but he's one of the newest staff.
Outside of that, this location still has excellent options to choose from, and it's in an atmosphere that will more than likely keep you coming back if you work out in that area

My colleague gave me a delicious protein smoothie and could not remember the name. I visited shortly after to ask what the drink was and it was banana & pineapple with their earth protein. Their protein powder is vegan friendly (made with pea protein). Staff was exceptional in answering any questions I had. I look forward to trying more of their drinks.
