Great pizza at this location most of the time.& Beverly Hills location is typically really good.....DTLA & Sherman oaks locations need to be retrained on how to make a pizza.
Love love love Joe’s pizza! Authentic New York style pizza in LA. Been coming here for years and being half Sicilian I think I’m a good judge of pizza lol. Joe himself is a great guy. He gives this big city a small neighborhood feel the way he treats everyone like they’re somebody. As far as the negative reviews about customer service, I had a few bad experiences here with new hires not the ppl who have been working here. The new hires have been consistently rude. But hey...
If you love NY style pizza then this spot is one of the best I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. The flavor tastes exactly like NY pizza and the crust and underbelly of the pizza are cooked to perfection. The only downside is the pricing. It’s very pricey for pizza. We paid about $70 for two large pizza pies.
