The Hispanic hostess was very rude and does not know how to do her job properly. Mu boyfriend and I are regulars here so we are always understanding that there is a wait for a table however- after giving our name and waiting at the overly crowded bar for over 20min I couldn’t Help but notice 2 tables that had been empty for apprx 15min. As I went up to politely address my concern to one of the hostess, the rude Hispanic girl intervened cutting me off, stating “It will be a few minutes but we don’t know how long tables will take to get up.” So I replied “Well, you said a few minutes and now you’re saying you don’t know how long it will take..so how long will it be?” She then spitefully looked at her watch and said “Hmmm…30min!” At that point my boyfriend and I left to go to another establishment that knows how to be respectful of their guests. We will likely not come back here until this hostess leaves or gets fired.

Mehh. 🤷♂️
Table was too tiny for two plates and a pizza. Waited for food a bit longer than comfortable, waiter wasn’t really friendly, but not rude. Still felt like she hasn’t tried to hide that we weren’t her priority at all.
The whole room was too dark and sitting on the table for two in the middle of larger tables felt claustrophobic.
Larger tables seemed much more comfortable and if you have a big group - you getting a corner so it feels better, and you probably would be loud enough to not hear how loud the rest of the room is.
🍕Their pizza is very average.
You can try it in a large group and if you plan to get somehow drunk. Bet you’ll have a much better time! 👍
Going as a couple - not recommended.

Waited Over an Hour and Never Got Seated
Came in as a walk-in and was told the wait would be around 40-50 minutes. No problem—I understand that walk-ins have to wait.
Was told to wait at the bar. Of course, how convenient for them.
After an hour, I went back to ask how much longer it might be. The hostess rudely responded, “You’re walk-ins, I don’t know if you’ll be seated.” I made it clear I wasn’t complaining, just asking for an estimate.
She then spent over five minutes flipping through random pages, to the point where security had to step in and ask what she was doing since he needed to move us toward the bar or have us step outside.
Eventually, she told me, “You’re like sixth in line,” without even asking for my name—clearly making it up. When I asked what influenced the wait time, she said, “If someone doesn’t show up for their reservation, then you’ll be seated.”
So after waiting over an hour—despite being told 40-50 minutes—I was now being told I’d only get a table if someone missed their reservation.
To make things worse, it seemed like our names were never even taken down. I saw her “double-checking” the list, but she wasn’t actually looking at anything, and she never asked for my name to confirm our place in line.
Dinner date definitely ruined by this terrible service.

Excellent food! White Pizza is a must and their Apple Pie was worth the hype. Very loud in the bar, which is to be expected, and crowded, but overall a great experience and worth the drive over from Inglewood. Parking will be tricky but there is street parking.

It’s unfortunate to have to give this place 1 star considering it’s a pretty cool spot. They have an awful policy that really ruined my and my friends’ experience and outlook of this place. We came in as a party of 4 and 2 of us wanted to eat while the other 2 wanted to potentially get an appetizer but mainly have drinks. The security who seems to have been hosting tonight, (he’s the bearded man who is usually security) said that in order for us to sit at a table, EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE PARTY MUST ORDER A FOOD ITEM. So if we all wanted pizza for example, we wouldn’t be able to order just that, we’d have to order 4 pizzas according to this policy or be forced to order other food items to meet this “minimum requirement.” This is the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever come across in a restaurant. They weren’t even busy, there were several tables open and it was past midnight so the kitchen was closing by 1am.
This truly made us feel uncomfortable and put us between a rock and a hard place trying to decide how to accommodate one another. Ultimately, we chose to go elsewhere. It’s so unfortunate that this place put us in this position after we’ve been coming for years and have never been introduced to this ridiculous rule! They truly haven’t been the same since they had that incident where a car crashed into the restaurant and they had to close for some time and renovate. They seem to be enforcing awful policies like these to make up their losses and boost their sales by trying manipulate guests into ordering more food than they desire. I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for 15 years and quite frankly, this is not the way to go about it! They’ve just lost me and my friends as loyal customers, as there are so many options available that don’t practice guest manipulation through policy. And if they lost us, they’ve likely lost several others as well. This policy should truly be reconsidered by those in positions of authority.

i love that we can eat and then go to the bar. the bar area is a bit tight and they won’t let you stand in the hallway so people sometimes just have nowhere to go.

Fun experience on a Monday night. As good a vibe as you can hope for on a Monday night. Good looking crowd but waited a long time to get a drink.
