Lemonade Restaurant

Love the restaurant but this location in particular is 0/3 with customer service. All three visits we walk in simply to be ignored by everyone that works here. I’m actually writing this review while I’m the only person standing in here to place my order. ??‍♂️

I got there with my family one hour before they closed and there was no food to pick from , they had already put it away . When I asked about it they said we close at 8pm and told them yes its 7pm how am I supposed to look at the salads if they are not shown . Horrible lazy people work there . They are trying to close before 8pm and we left hungry only bought lemonade because that was still out .

One of the servers, I think he started 2 weeks prior, was extremely helpful and courteous. I was there on my lunch break and I was able to get a meal the was not only tasty but filling also. Awesome customer service.

Food was great. The greens seems very fresh as they got the crisp crunch.The only slight downside is I wish they had more shady areas for the outside dining

The food here is delicious and I was craving their Mac n Cheese so stopped in today at their Beverly location. Initially I wasn’t even sure if they were open as one door is bordered up. But they were, and stepped inside and still wasn’t sure if they were open as I could only see cold selection items (and this was 12pm). I ordered my salmon and Mac n cheese and my sister got a nice turkey sandwich. Since they no longer make the regular Blood Orange Lemonade, the only other appealing sounding drink was the Mango and Pineapple. I couldn’t taste the mango, but the drink itself was nice enough.Overall, it’s a strange locale, but the people were efficient and nice and seating was easy to find (and parking too, which is always a bonus). I’d come back again for the ease of parking. There was no real atmosphere here, but the food was also good, and I guess that’s what counts.

The food is healthy and delicious. I tried BLT and Pesto chicken sandwich. The pesto chicken sandwich came with a layer of mozzarella cheese and it is epic.

Lovely place for lunch in my neighborhood. Food is always fresh and delicious. Fairly priced Highly recommended!

Good prices for the area, staff is friendly and nice, I do wish the portions were bigger, but you mostly get what you pay for, also the lemonade is pretty good, but needs to be watered down as it is too

UPDATE: I received a response from the GM regarding my experience. She apologized and mentioned she would provide coaching and feedback to the staff. She offered a $20 coupon. I was pleased with her response and appreciated the clear care from leadership. As a result I increased my stars from 1 to 3. ORIGINAL POST: I ordered 1 sandwich. The girl behind the counter then made 4 people’s orders that came in and ordered after me before even acknowledging my order and only then because I asked why people were having their food orders made before mine. I ended up just asking for a refund. She didn’t even refund my card she gave me cash on my CC. Clearly making a sandwich was inconvenient and something she preferred not to do over the other orders. Doesn’t make any sense. Should be first come first serve. Really bad service and experience.

As a scandinavian on holiday this was the first and only place I came across during my 2 weeks in LA that reminded me a lot of home. The food and lemonades here were absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh! Overall the meal was a visual feast that tasted as good as it looked, so I will definitely be back in the future if im in the states again ?❤️

Food was good but I did not like the smell of the place and the restroom was shabby

This store location are theifs they always steal from delivery drivers. They get charge 25 delivery fee for large catering orders and g8ve the driver only 8 while the driver is doing all the work for delivery and they take 100% of the tip and give the driver none. If anything never order through the phone or website for large catering orders always go through doordash that way there wont be any bullying involved. Dont tip on website or phone orders a cash tip would help too. Drivers that receive no tip would automatically assume that the customer didn't tip therefore some drivers would take revenge by stealing the customers food right back to claim their tip. So please to avoid all of this dont tip on website or phone delivery because this greedy store will take 100% of it.

used to be my favourite restaurant and I knew the original chef in Venice. sadly it's turned into the worst place. portion sizes all seem to be cut down by a third & if doing delivery the order is always wrong and food that's supposed to be warm and fresh is so cold and lifeless, I can't tell if it had ever even been warmed. like I actually question if they keep some premade food separate from the main counter because it's no different than a frozen tv dinner. the 2 kinds of mac n cheese used to be the best in the city and were amazing original recipes with thick, creamy, flavourful sauces unmatched by anyone. now it's soggy flavourless noodles with no sauce and hardly any cheese. it can't even be called mac n cheese, it's so disgusting it's inedible. all the food is inedible. sad to say I'm never going back unless they get their s* together again.

The people here are sooo nice . When I go here I always get the lemonade sooo good even the sugar free ones the have super good . Thank you to tangie and Kevin for making my experience great!
