This bar is racist. I tried to use my puertorrican ID and they did not let me. After, I used my passport and they let me enter the bar but before, I told them that its racist to not let the puertorrican ID work so they didnt let me go inside. Puerto Rico is part of the US, therefore the ID should work. Don't go to this place if you like reggaeton and puertorrican artists.

Lisa has the formula for restaurant success figured out and her team of staff help execute her vision. What stands out the most to me is how the entire staff from bussing to serving to management are literally on their toes and eager to deliver the best of the best service. It stands out from other restaurants, really. When you combine this with the ambiance of the establishment and the quality of food, I would come back again and again. R.I.P. Pump.

I live in weho for more than a year and finally after long thought and gossip that this place will be out of business, I decided to give a try. Honestly, besides there beautiful decor and their instagram where everything nice and shiny and outstanding, food was mediocre and overpriced, drinks were like I was at the dive bar. Wonder if Lisa has ever dined in and would love to know her opinion. Our server was okay, but host, my god, I spent more than 5 minutes on the phone with her to find out if there were happy hours that day. I saw a lot of complaints about service and food, but couldn’t believe it until so. Let say, shutting this place down ain’t bad idea after all

It's great to be back for the last time at this landmark. So many good memories have been made here! We will miss you, Lisa. You added value to this property. Hopefully, the new owner will live up to what you've created.

Huge VPR fan here. My friend told the server that it was my birthday and they charged me for the cake they brought without telling them, overall I loved the place sad it's closing down. Food wasn't good but drinks were strong and flowing :)

Pump is closing the 4th of July 2023 because of a million dollar property rental now required of the Pump from the property owner. It is one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles for food quality, pricing, ambience and service. This is a real loss to the community. Good luck Lisa and Ken with hopes people recognize the good you also do for the community.

I made a reservation months in advance for a happy hour at 5 pm for my friends birthday. After we ordered drinks and an appetizer, we were rudely moved from our table inside to a corner because we weren't planning to order entrees. It was never stated when I made the reservation or by the host when we checked in that we needed to order entrees. We were planning on ordering multiple drinks and an apps. It was just disappointing after looking forward to coming.

Being a major fan of vanderpump rules I had to make sure to visit here before they closed. Not only was I wowed by the atmosphere and decor but also by the delicious food and awesome waiter. Rocco is a superstar. I did not see that man stop for a second. He was hustling! He is an incredible employee to have and I hope he is able to continue in the rest of the vanderpump restaurants. Thank you for an unforgettable night PUMP!#morecosmopolitan #pumptinis!

Our experience prior to being seated was not ideal. Though we had a reservation, we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. From our understanding, the restaurant overbooked themselves. We waited at the bar. The bartender was extremely rude when we asked for water. He slammed the water pitcher without pouring water for us. Luckily, our server was amazing! He was very attentive and gave us outstanding recommendations. He made up for our waiting experience.

Server was kind but inattentive. Drinks were subpar. Appetizer (rock shrimp) was excellent but main (chicken Milanese) was dry and flavorless. The space is lovely, but the overall experience was just ok.

Bad service. My friend asked for a drink from the bar and he never got it. When we asked the waiter, he said he's waiting for the bartenders to make it. We asked for silverware three times. Waiter never acknowledged us. He passed us many times servicing other patrons. He apologized at the end, but it was too late. We first went to PUMP a couple of weeks after it opened, and we had dinner weeks before it's suppose to close. Haven't seen a change in ten years. Shame.

Really sad to see Pump go. What a tremendous loss for the amazing community of WeHo!! My friend and I made a special trip down from NorCal to say goodbye and have our final Pump-Tinis at one of our all time favorite restaurants. So grateful for this last visit. Everything was perfect as usual, and our server, Ben, was fantastic! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your beautiful place that brought joy to so many patrons. It will be dearly missed!!! ???

I'm so sad Pump is closed! It was such a great experience. Daniel provided amazing service and recommendations! The restaurant is beautiful. The food was stellar! My pomegranate margarita was a 10/10! The energy of the restaurant was super lively

To say I'm bummed about Pump closing is an understatement. I have been coming here, I'd say this is my 30th time, for 8 years and I finally made the move from Texas to Los Angeles last month. It's just one of the most consistent service levels and atmospheres you can get. I've hit this place up 6 times in 2 months since I've moved here. I'm going to try to make it back before July 5th but in the event I don't...thank you for the memories and amazing experiences time and time again.
