I love sweetgreen, the one Sunset is a great spot for a delicious salad. The ingredients are always super fresh, and the location has a cute, welcoming vibe. The outdoor patio is perfect for enjoying the nice weather and a little bit of people watching. Shannon, who made my salad, was especially kind and friendly, making the experience even better. My favorite is the Harvest Bowl, the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Highly recommend for a healthy, quick meal!

Very long waiting for order, and very roude language with customer
It seems like they find the most rude girls to work there. I just don’t understand. I stop going there for months, then I finally go back to this location and they have another rude girl. Is that a part of the job description??? They hate when you ask for something extra & they tell you it’s an extra charge in a threatening way as if it’s going to scare you off. It’s not a complex job nor is it a job that requires you to have an attitude. Please hire better staff

First time trying this place last Wednesday 08/21/2024 for lunch. The two beautiful ladies in the front were very nice, patient, and professional. Hard to find friendly professional customer service in LA, but I found it here. I'm truly appreciative, thank you both. Food was good and fresh.?
