The absolute WORST customer service ever! I tried calling them 7 times to make a specification for an order I placed through Postmates (since they always charge some of the ingredients and then don’t put them in the salad) and it was simply IMPOSSIBLE to connect with them. There’s only a machine at the other side of the phone. And I needed to TALK to a HUMAN BEING! Sooo annoying!! Never ordering again

I enjoyed my first meal here at Sweetgreen!While on Sunset strip I walked over to Sweetgreen and ordered a Protien Plate. Got the Southwest Chicken Fajita.This included Herb roasted chicken, roasted corn + fajita veg, black beans, shredded cabbage, white rice (x2), umami seasoning, chipotle crema, lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette.Really good! Felt like "clean" food. Overall the entire experience was good and I'll be back to try another dish soon.

Been coming here after My workouts when I go to Equinox ( next door) and always been a pleasure dealing with them, the staff is friendly and accommodating, fresh food and cute outdoor sitting to hang around! I gave 4 stars because their bread it's never warm and fresh, feels like they keep it for days... but other than that great spot!

I purchased the new spicy cashew salmon plate at this location. I had a wonderful exchange with the initial person who made the salad. Unfortunately, the rice that in it was dried out because it was sitting out for a while. I nicely approached the counter and asked if it could be remade. The gentleman in the photo claimed to be the manager on duty and he proceeded to remake the salad. While making the salad, he had two separate conversations with two different people about what it gone wrong in the my food and chastised them. He stopped making the salad each time and made those conversations a priority over making my food. After the second conversation, I informed him that I needed to leave and asked him if he could make the salad so that I could go. He then stated, I'm taking to my teammate" and got an attitude. I asked him to make completing my food the priority. When he finished making the salad, he placed it on the counter and walked away. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional, especially seeing that I received an inferior product and I've been inconvenienced by the fact that they had to remake it. I frequent this location often and I have never seen anyone behave as unprofessional as he has. He need's to be trained on how to deal with customer issues in correct way. His behavior was worse than the stale rice in my food.

I came to that location at 9:58pm and the lady at the front didn't wanted to prepare food for me. I'm using that location for the past few years after working out at Equinox. They normally close at 10. This is the first time that employee her name per what she said is WalaLupe (she didn't seem to be happy to provide her name so I'm not sure it's real)Everything was still open and not big problem to prepare quick. It just sometimes people enjoying being rude.
The salads and bowls here are healthy and delicious! Service was friendly, very helpful and welcoming. Very clean and well-maintained restaurant with plenty of options. I love the salmon and usually create my own bowl with a mix of vegetables and grains. The food is always fresh and made to your liking. They have a variety of dressings available, even a great place to take kids! Perfect option if you were looking for a healthy lunch or dinner!

Sweetgreen is so sad. I've been getting terribly tiny to-go salads on the app lately amongst several locations and here's why! Oh and they refuse to mix in dressings bc they take up more space when in the cups to give you less ingredients. Tiny bowl, tiny portions, high price. The fact that SG is sneaky and does this to to-go and online customers while charging you a service fee and delivery fee is unreal. I hope someone posts a TikTok about this and it goes viral. Not to mention that their lids also cave in so that you get even less portions... all while increasing prices. #Greedflation

Alex helped me make my first bowl and it was BOMBBBB, I had went to the Irvine Spectrum Sweetgreen and didn't remember how he made it, so I came back to this location and luckily he was there and remembered my order! Thank you Alex! Amazing staff here 10/10
