The bartender was fantastic - he was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to cocktails we would enjoy.
The food and drinks were bad but the view was nice
Fantastic brunch spot with breathtaking views. The Roof is perfect for a weekend brunch with family and friends. While you'll partly pay for the stunning view, unlike most rooftop venues, the food here is truly good.
Our family enjoyed everything from the tofu tacos to classic eggs and steak, and everyone was pleased with their meals.
The view is undoubtedly the highlight of the restaurant, offering a magnificent 270-degree panorama of Los Angeles, stretching from Santa Monica to downtown and beyond. Even the restroom boasts a view, completing the full 360-degree experience with vistas of the Sunset area and the Hollywood Hills.
The service was friendly, efficient, and perfectly paced, allowing us to savor our meal and the spectacular scenery.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.
The place is nice , food was pretty good , drinks were ok tbh nothing special I've had better for half the price Service was pretty bad . Looks like they prioritize bigger parties . Once we put our drink order it took 15 minutes to get to us there was a large group that got there after us and they got their drinks before us.
Mothers Day brunch here was a disaster. We waited 20 minutes for a table, and after being seated for over an hour we still did not have our entrees to the point we had to leave. They did comp the meal no questions asked but this was just unacceptable... also, so many people seated in clothes from the pool which made for a very casual atmosphere which was not what was marketed as an $85 per person set menu. Servers were very nice but clearly understaffed and the kitchen could not keep up with the orders.
Why the 18.5 % service charge at The Roof? This really discourages people from tipping. Lovely view, drinks and decent food.
One of the best rooftop in LA.
A night to remember at the rooftop bar of The Edition Hotel—sipping an Espresso Martini with the city lights sparkling below. The dessert? A moist sponge cake soaked in flavor and topped with cream and pistachio—absolutely divine. Chic vibes, stunning views, and a touch of elegance in every detail.
I had an incredible experience at Rooftop Edition! The view was absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the city skyline. The ambience was perfect for a relaxed evening — a mix of chic, cozy, and vibrant all at once. The staff was attentive, and the overall vibe made it a memorable outing. Whether you're enjoying drinks with friends or looking for a romantic spot, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
This was my third visit, and the experience was consistent with past visits. The real standout here is the absolutely spectacular view—easily one of the best in the area. Whether you're inside or out, the scenery adds so much to the experience and makes it a great spot to soak in the surroundings. The food and drinks are good, though on the pricier side, so it really depends on what you're looking for. Service can be hit or miss, but the host on Monday was super welcoming and made a great first impression. If you're after a meal with an epic view, it's definitely worth checking out!

The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. The cocktails are very nice. Mexican food is not our favourite cousine but if you love it - the place is great in all aspects.
I wish the serving of the dishes was more proportionate to the price. Too small serving unfortunately for its price.
I've dined and stayed at this hotel multiple times but I'm disappointed at the terrible service that was provided today.
An amazing experience from start to finish! The hostess greeted us warmly and set the tone for a great afternoon. Our server, Ryan (I believe that was his name), was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. He gave us excellent suggestions, which made our experience even better. The food was incredible! The nachos were out of this world—definitely some of the best I've ever had. Our drinks were equally impressive. I had a cocktail that was perfectly crafted, and my friend opted for a mocktail, which was just as delicious. On top of all that, the views were absolutely stunning, making the ambiance truly unforgettable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend.
I went here with my friends for Christmas night. One of the few places that would be open with full service on Christmas! The ambiance is amazing, their drinks are great and the view is perfect!
