Hopefully they will be closed again soon! Too loud. It’s not okay to play music so loud late at night. Awful place. Stay away or you will be deaf

The menu they have is NOT the one they advertise… overpriced bar food, if i wanted chicken tenders I would go to Popeyes, SERIOUSLY the French menu looked perfect Valentine’s Day, this is an over glorified bowling alley.

Empty on a Saturday Night. No vibe. Food was airport takeout quality. Service was really good however. Would not come back.
Harlowe turned into a fun night out with friends for us. A bunch of us had gotten together after many years without seeing each other. This restaurant/bar/club was the perfect setting for an epic night. The drinks and the service were absolutely awesome!
This was a place that I had never been to before. Just lucked out by choosing it on yelp. What a wonderful find! The food was wonderful, service was great and the ambiance was so lovely. The couple we were with felt the same way. The prices were so reasonable. Great value. I highly recommend this place.
Harlowe which is moderately expensive was a disappointment. I looked at the menu online and when I looked at the printout menu at the restaurant they were very limited. I had already picked out what I wanted and that was not on the menu. However the dish I ordered was tasty and well presented. The atmosphere outdoors was not very attractive however, our waitress was most pleasant. For a neighborhood restaurant it was OK but not for a special romantic dinner.
Have always loved this place as a bar, but the menu's makeover was fun to experience last night. Some really great food on the menu - not a ton that's easily shared, though. We ordered three appetizers with our drinks, and they were all pretty small. The beet salad was a highlight, and more substantial than the shrimp or the polenta. My cocktail was STRONG, and tasty. I recommend doing just drinks OR doing a full dinner here. But if you do the latter, prepare to pay quite a bit.
Cute restaurant with covered patio dining that turns into a lounge at night. Came here most recently for dinner on a Saturday night, and we were able to make last minute reservations for a group of 6 people online. Street parking. Credit cards accepted. They’ll check your ID at the door even if it’s for dinner. Food-wise, they had a fair amount of options. The menu is on a QR code. Our waiter was on top of it - there when we needed him, but not overwhelming. I got the merguez wrap (which note it’s not vegetarian since it’s sausage). The socca fries were alright, but they tasted better with the aioli sauce. The cocktails were good and the mudslide was really tasty. If you come here late at night, the DJ plays hip hop music and it’s a dance-y vibe. It’s veeerrryyy different from dinner vibes, but both atmospheres are fun.
Nice chill local place for a drink and a small plate in a setting reminiscent of an older more classy Hollywood from what I always imagined. It's a nice getaway from the current setting of this city and the service was spot on although we did show up late on a Sunday night. Ordered mostly drinks however we also added in the burrata which was presented in a unique way and as a really full plate - was tasty as well. I'd come back for sure.
VERY well executed. Loved the “Margot-Rita” cocktail, the goat cheese pistachio tart, and the almond crusted whitefish (cooked perfectly). The lemony potatoes on the whitefish dish were really a new experience for me and kinda blew my mind. I didn’t know potatoes still had surprises in store for me- thought I’d had them every which way already. Menu APPEARS simple, but it’s all very well done. Ambiance for outdoor dining was lovely and service was impeccable too. Would recommend and return.

Delicious food and a new place we will frequent anytime we are in the area. Highly recommended.
Harlowe was a huge disappointment. It took 35 minutes to even order as the waiter passed by our table about a dozen times and ignored us. Finally we ordered and my overpriced steak arrived. It was at once greasy and also dry, cost like $55 and was the size of my thumb. I left hungry and what a waste of money and time, never coming here again.
This place has great food!
Food is really good for the price. I have been in many restaurants with more stars and more $ and this place makes it right. Ambiance is little bit noisy but tolerable. Lamb, octopus and duck are worthy to try.
Amazing wait staff and amazing food. Just go!!
