In L A
This was the worst dining and atmosphere experience I have ever had. The food did not live up to the reputation, and the service felt disorganized and unprofessional. The ambiance, far from being welcoming or enjoyable, only added to the disappointment, making it clear that the place relies more on its name than on providing a quality experience.
I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant.

I haven’t been in LA since moving back from New York and having seen Vanderpump Rules, I really was excited for TomTom to be my first stop tonight. I left feeling so disappointed and actually really sad. My friend and I got there and sat at the bar, hoping someone would come by and take our order. We waited for about 20 minutes until finally a bartender took my order. Then as I asked for a simple pineapple malibu and a tequila soda, the bartender making our drinks kept laughing and turning to look at the other bartender. I heard them say something like “when have I ever made these before” in such a condescending tone. Well you know what, true, the drinks I ordered were simple but I really just wanted to ease into this place with something comforting and grounding before I would eventually order a pumptini. Sadly, I never even got to that point. I didn’t want to order anything else. I have never felt so belittled and humiliated. So thanks TomTom staff, you guys really serviced quite a first impression. I’m just sad because I want to take my mom next who is a big fan of the show, but I don’t think I ever want to come back just to get humiliated and looked at as if I was nothing to the bartenders and servers.

They changed the menu to be only a few dishes for valentines. The chocolate cake and cheese cake were grocery store level. The pasta entree was so salty we couldn’t eat it. We already had to send it back once for having chicken we didn’t request.
Ben made our experience amazing. It was my bday celebration and couldn't have asked for better service, ambiance, drinks and food! We'll definitely be back next LA trip.
The staff was amazing, however the food left more to be desired. I had the eggs Benedict and the potatoes were bland and the eggs should have been poached and they were almost hard boiled. Week was surprised in the 1 1/2 hours we were there no other customers were at the restaurant.
It took a while to get service but the employees were all courteous and respectful. The Spa Day mocktail was delicious and refreshing. The Caprese flatbread was amazing! As a fan of Vanderpump rules, it was an absolute treat to experience this place.

Server was great! Menu was pretty small and they wet it of everything. The table next to us in the dining room was VERY loud and VERY drunk. They should have been asked to leave sooner. Slightly disappointed so won't go back
The food was tasty and the ambiance is amazing. The Big Pinki is so refreshing and delicious.
Loved our experience! Staff was friendly. Food was great. The ambiance and music was amazing! Had a good time and will def return

Stopped in after hearing so much hype and left pretty underwhelmed. The space looks cool at first, but the whole vibe feels like it’s trying a little too hard to be edgy instead of just being comfortable or fun. Drinks were fine but nothing memorable, especially for the price. Everything felt very curated and performative rather than relaxed. Not terrible, just not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to.

Ray and I had such a great experience at Tom Tom — everything was wonderful from start to finish. You can immediately tell how much care goes into both the food and the drinks.
I had the Pumptini (their version of a martini), which was delicious, and Ray ordered a Bloody Mary and then tried the Tom Fashioned (their take on an Old Fashioned). The cocktails are clearly crafted with intention — balanced, elevated, and extra special.
For food, we started with the goat cheese balls (of course!) — absolutely excellent. The Brussels sprouts were unlike any we’ve had before: perfectly crispy yet still moist and full of flavor. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection, and the homemade sauce served with it truly took it to another level.
The décor deserves its own mention. The furniture, lighting, and finishing touches are stunning — unique, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of time and creativity went into every detail.
Our waiter, Charlie, was fantastic — super friendly, very knowledgeable about the restaurant, and gave great recommendations for both food and drinks, which made the experience even better.
Absolutely worth the visit — we’ll definitely be back.
