Located right off the river road this is a West Sacramento staple. A true hidden gem. Whether it's morning for micheladas, lunch for a twisted tea, or a night cap for double tequila, Mecca always has taken care of me. They truly live up to their mantra as having the coldest beer in town. A lot of places in my town of West Sacramento are cool and fun but they feel corporate. Mecca could never do that. Coldest beer (or drink?) in town, best vibes, best owners and bartenders, Tuesday and Thursday night 8 ball Pool Tournaments w/ $5-$10 buy-in, jukebox, open mic nights on occasion, local spot without any kind of intimidating or unwelcoming "locals only" kinda vibe. Hands-down best bar in West Sac.

Stopped by while in town for a quick drink while visiting Sacramento for work. Our bartender Jackie was fun and friendly, as were the other patrons who seemed like local regulars. Next time we come by we will definitely visit again!
