Security doesn't arrive on time. Supposed to be able to checking at 2am. But, Security shows up late. Then you have to wait as your checked in. Once light goes green at your door, you still have to wait for that call for your lumper fee.I had a 2 am appointmentArrived 1 hour prior. Had to go park on street. Ok, here it is, take notes....1) put on a safety vest2) park on street and walk in3) overnight parking is allowed but signs are posted park at own risk.super nice people, be professional and polite and you will receive what you give.

I was Not excited about coming here after reading all the negative reviews, but I had The complete opposite experience. Check in process simple! Park on street, walk up safety vest on check in, easy. Had a 0130 appt (guard shack don’t open until 0200) got a door immediately, dropped paper work off at receiving desk, (near door 70) people inside were straight forward, respectful and polite.
