Came in during lunchtime slam on SUPERBOWL SUNDAY. All female staff, led by Jasmine. Despite being overwhelmed and training the only male employee, Jasmine held it together over the noise of disgruntled out of towners who still think using the app will save them some time (LA is not NYC) and got those orders out with excellence and a smile! Well done Jasmine!

Disappointed with this location.... I used to order from El Segundo and never had a problem.
I made a app order for 3:00 and it was 30 minutes late.... they excuse themselves for being busy. Something that never happened at the El Segundo location.
When I called to ask how I could avoid this kind of confusion in the future they said they have no control over it. Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I guess they sold out to the corporation.

We placed our order online and with traffic it took us extra 20 mins to get there, the upside there's no wait for our sandwich which was already sitting on the shelf ready for collection.

It was Saturday noon and suddenly the place filled up with hungry folks. We were ready to eat but it was chilly inside while outside was warm so we moved out. Our turkey sandwich with Mike's way was delicious, it would have been better with a little more vinegar but...
