This value meal is $8 in California! Only $5 in Manhattan

Just like many of other reviews from customers, the older woman that seems to be the “manager” is an absolute disgrace. Rude, nasty, lacks the basic skills to properly deal with the public. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. In fact, if you had the misfortune to deal with this MONSTER, call Dunkin corporate and place a formal complaint.

The manager was extremely rude to me! Accused me of lying and making up charges when my coffee wasn’t made right and asked for a remade because there was milk I was allergic to it was suddenly a problem! I work in coffee as well and have never been treated so poorly nor would I ever treat someone the way I was !! screamed at me for no reason! This was my local Dunkin and I’m so upset I will be having to find a new one.

Overpriced, the food tastes bad, and the manager (the one others have posted negative reviews about) doesn’t follow the rules and makes up her own. She is rude and unhelpful. Totally on a power trip. Won’t be ever giving any of my money to Dunkin ever again. Gross!

My colleagues and I travel out to Ventura County for work. We stopped by before our last meeting of the day, with an order of roughly 10 drinks!! They were extremely quick with only two employees, polite, and didn’t mind our large order of drinks out of nowhere at the end of the day.
I’d give them 100 stars if I could.

The server was unfriendly, not helpful, almost comotose. She gave me a donut that was partially eaten and an iced drink that tasted awful. I will never return.

The manager at this location is extremely rude. I spent about $35 this morning buying coffee and donuts for the guys at my auto shop and I politely asked for napkins. After being ignored one of the workers said something in Spanish to the manager and then told me they do not have any and pointed to the napkin dispenser. I opened the napkin dispenser and took out a handful, enough for the donuts I just bought and the manager ran around the counter and yelled at me saying I couldn’t do that and had to pay for the napkins separately. She was so demeaning and rude and I have been in that location before and they have given napkins to customers with a dozen donuts. I paid for the napkins ($1) and left. It wasn’t even a real charge just something she made up. I will never return and she lost a customer over her ego for sure. After reading the reviews it appears to be a pattern and I’m sure this location has lost many customers due to her poor service. I’m never coming again. So frustrated I deleted the app and going to Starbucks from now on!

Drove all the way from Oxnard on a weekday. Generally this Dunkin is always great when we go (which is usually on weekends). The Dunkin’ in Camarillo is usually closed by the time we get off work. Overall okay but a little disappointed that there is no information on the website saying that they stop serving coffee 10-5 min before closing. We actually got there 15 minutes before closing. Just a heads up for anyone driving from a little bit further.

Dunkin is always a good place to get inexpensive but good tasting donuts.

The staff speaks extremely limited English or none at all. It’s frustrating when you continue to ask a simple question but they either don’t understand continue to give an answer which has nothing to do
With the question being asked. It’s frustrating to say the least

The best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, and I lived in Chicago for over a decade where there's Dunkins everywhere. The staff is warm and friendly too! After just a couple of visits the manager remembered my name and would always greet us.
