The manager at this location is extremely rude. I spent about $35 this morning buying coffee and donuts for the guys at my auto shop and I politely asked for napkins. After being ignored one of the workers said something in Spanish to the manager and then told me they do not have any and pointed to the napkin dispenser. I opened the napkin dispenser and took out a handful, enough for the donuts I just bought and the manager ran around the counter and yelled at me saying I couldn’t do that and had to pay for the napkins separately. She was so demeaning and rude and I have been in that location before and they have given napkins to customers with a dozen donuts. I paid for the napkins ($1) and left. It wasn’t even a real charge just something she made up. I will never return and she lost a customer over her ego for sure. After reading the reviews it appears to be a pattern and I’m sure this location has lost many customers due to her poor service. I’m never coming again. So frustrated I deleted the app and going to Starbucks from now on!
Drove all the way from Oxnard on a weekday. Generally this Dunkin is always great when we go (which is usually on weekends). The Dunkin’ in Camarillo is usually closed by the time we get off work. Overall okay but a little disappointed that there is no information on the website saying that they stop serving coffee 10-5 min before closing. We actually got there 15 minutes before closing. Just a heads up for anyone driving from a little bit further.
Dunkin is always a good place to get inexpensive but good tasting donuts.
The staff speaks extremely limited English or none at all. It’s frustrating when you continue to ask a simple question but they either don’t understand continue to give an answer which has nothing to do
With the question being asked. It’s frustrating to say the least
The best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, and I lived in Chicago for over a decade where there's Dunkins everywhere. The staff is warm and friendly too! After just a couple of visits the manager remembered my name and would always greet us.

Terrible donuts made in a central facility and shipped (not fresh) to store
Sure, it’s nostalgic if you love Boston and New England but local mom and pop stores make better food!
