Lots of GF options. Very accommodating. I had warm food and cold food options with my GF diet.
Really solid sushi. Super fresh fish, great flavor, and everything came out looking amazing. Service was on point, friendly, and never rushed. Definitely coming back.
Wonderful food and presentation from the chef. Great food and bar service and great customer service.
Great & very high quality sushi, attentive service & Four seasons is usually impeccable in many ways. Love the interior throughout the hotel. With all that said I found the $25 G&T steep, however, it was delicious.
Cristian and Valeria were very welcoming and made a pleasant atmosphere. They were courteous and explained details about the food. Chicken Karuga was well prepared and savory with a nice complement sauce. Thank you

We want to say thank you for another wonderful evening! Food was excellent as always and the service was unbelievable! Our waiter was amazing and our waiter from a previous evening stopped by to say hi. Always exceptional food and service.
We haven't been out on date night since COVID started (sad, I know), so we were very excited to come to Onyx, especially since the restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The restaurant is classy, but dress code is casual.
The service was excellent, but the food was so disappointing! The meal started out good enough with the tuna tartare rice cakes and scallop/lobster dumplings, but quickly went downhill. One thing to note: I did not find any garlic chili crunch in the dumplings, but the shellfish broth was delicious (but maybe provide a spoon so patrons can actually drink the broth without looking like barbarians).
We ordered the following maki: toro, hamachi, and spicy tuna. Toro was hands-down the best. The other two were mediocre.
Next came the fried rice and crispy Brussels sprouts. The rice was mushy and overly salty. The Brussels sprouts were over drenched in tonkatsu sauce. Highly do not recommend!
Last item that I also do not recommend is their A5 Wagyu specialty roll. The roll simply tasted like sauce and left a strange, unpleasant flavor in our mouths.
Not only was date night an epic fail, we won't be back. If you know your food and truly looking for good sushi, this restaurant is not it!!

We dined here twice during our stay at the Four Seasons resort in Westlake and each time we had an excellent experience.
The service is top-notch and the quality of food is outstanding.
Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. A few of our favorites include the Wagyu Ramen, spicy edamame, and brussels sprouts.
They do not have non-alcoholic beer, but the lemongrass ginger tea is delicious.
Definitely recommend Onyx.

Extremely overpriced. The price and the quality do not match. When you're paying that amount of money for sushi it better be the best and it's very average at most.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at Onyx. The food quality was exceptional from the nigiri, sashimi, ramen, hand rolls and dessert! The server, Christian, was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcomed. I definitely look forward to coming back :)
Onyx is one of our go to restaurants - great all around experience, everybody doing great work!
Food is great - very fresh and unique. Service was wonderful as well. Pricey but of course it is the Four Seasons!
Food is unappetising and disappointing. We had the omakase and could not finish the meal as it was bland and not authentic. Expected more from Four Seasons.
