completely messed up my order. took almost 90 minutes to get anything. missed several items, will not give refund and uncooperative management. this is a franchise that panera corporate needs to review.
The service at this location is some of the best I've experienced at a Panera Bread. Today there was a mishap with my order, but Amanda was a total sweetheart and the kind of employee any manager would love 10 of. :)
Excellent would not suffice to describe its bread. You gotta eat it to believe it. "documentation always beats conversation".
