Food was ok. We got there at 12p. Pretty quiet but great service and good place to have a client lunch.

Normally I am not the type to leave a complaint by name but we were really disappointed with the service. Taylor was our waitress and from the get go she offered us to get less food claiming the portions were big and suggested we shared a plate…. At first we didn’t really think anything of it. I gave a bubbly response joking about my partner and she walked away while I was in the middle of a sentence ok, still nbd. After she took our order she did not check on us one single time. No refill offer nothing. We had to ask someone else for a refill and for a box. I watched her check on other tables several times. When we saw her at the bar we chalked it up to she was busy, and gave grace. My bf is a server so we get it. But then she glanced at the table again walked by us and asked the very next table how they were doing. Okayyyyy now this seems like we’re being deliberately ignored. Once she saw the box on the table she immediately brought us the check. Didn’t check on us again but the moment the cash was out she was right there immediately. Incredibly disappointed by the service. We still tipped but it feels like she gave us garbage service bc she assumed we couldn’t pay for it judging by the entire experience. If this is how your guests are treated for whatever reason I can’t say I’d reccomend this place to anyone else.

We had a great time. We were seated promptly and had great service. The food was delicious. We ordered a bottle of wine, and it was delivered with a bucket of ice. I like cold, white wine, so the ice bucket was a nice perk.

We definitely had a 5-star experience hosting a company happy hour at Paul Martin's in Westlake. From beginning to end, the service was great. Both Emily and Kiara were friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead of the needs of our guests. They kept the event flowing smoothly with drinks, food, and dessert. All of the appetizers from the catering menu were enjoyed by our guests. The setup in the patio area was very comfortable, too. I would definitely come back to PM and recommend it to my friends!

Simple dinner — cream of mushroom soup and a crab cake — but both excellent. Nice ambience, good beer, friendly service. Wish we had a Paul Martin's here in San Diego.

Our server, Alex, was attentive and friendly. However, our express lunch of fried chicken and salmon, and French dip was just okay. They weren't as good as the Paul Martin's at Irvine Spectrum.

Great meal during its Monday night special with a bottle of wine. Our waiter Michael was fantastic. The salmon and halibut were perfectly prepared.

Terrible parking. Not enough shade. It was too far too walk to get food, especially in the heat or if someone is disabled.

Dine here almost weekly with colleagues and have tried many things. The waitress gave me her feedback on two choices I was mulling over and it did not disappoint! Get the ahi tuna sandwich with pickled red onions - it's great for spring/summer. Parking is plentiful around lunchtime.
Highly recommend!

I thought that our server's especially the main two young ladies overseeing our MA graduation celebration dinner for my nephew from Cal Lutheran University. They were on point with checking on our party of 18. Great personalities and communication with the kids and adults. Provided excellent service industry service. My only fault is that I forgot to get there name's to include. Thanks again from the Turner graduation party in the back room 5/10/26
