I could not figure out how to order my birthday cupcake online so I brought my Sprinkles email to the store. A helpful person named Caspian stepped up to assist me. A problem was found - I have two accounts! I don’t know how that happened. But he matter was settled and Caspian handed me my boxed treat. Thank you for wishing me happy birthday too!!
Give props to the sprinkles team there for being so wonderful including the bakers and the manager.
