I have worked in the Foodservice industry for over 25 years from the manufacturer side calling on restaurants. I also grew up in an Italian neighborhood where all my friend’s mothers made everything from scratch. I am also a big cannoli fan. good portions and the pasta was cooked just right. I wish they had a bit more variety in the sauces though, felt like everything was a variation of marinara. service was fine, nothing special but they kept the water refilled.
