Always enjoy dining at Zin! Beautiful, welcoming energetic atmosphere, excellent food with well rounded menu, something for everyone! Fell in love with the wedge salad... the BEST!

Usually our favorite restaurant and have always had great service in the past. Arrived for happy hour with our friends and to celebrate 2 birthdays. Waitress seemed like we were wasting her time since we wanted the happy hour menu. My husband loved the stuffed bell pepper and 2 ordered the ahi tacos which they said were great. I ordered the bruschetta which was awful. Very disappointing. We never saw her again and another waiter came to see if we wanted desert but never returned to take our order. Most of the restaurant was reserved by a private party so that is probably the reason we were basically ignored.

Zin's has become my go to place. It's an enjoyable environment either for a quiet meal or a celebration. The views couldn't be more calming & the service is great!

Zin's American Bistro is such a gem in our community. Such a stunning location and a great view of Westlake Village's lake and the dinner was superb! I ordered the filet mignon and it was tender and flavorful, far exceeding the name brand restaurants in the area that are known for their steaks. Others in our party enjoyed the pasta primavera and margarita pizza; both received rave reviews as well. We shared a Death by Chocolate dessert which was awesome! Many thanks for a memorable dinner and outstanding service.

We recently held my daughter's rehearsal dinner at Zin Bistro. Thanks to the incredible service provided by Blake (by the lake), our evening truly kicked off a couple of days of wedding activities with laughter and joy. He quickly saw what he was in for and joined in making this night so much fun. He took care of our group of 19 ensuring everyone had a great time and just blended in. Blake not only ensured everyone had a great time, the service was phenomenal. Never an empty glass. When I asked for a recommendation between two dishes, he said I'll surprise you. He nailed it. To the owners we met, thank you again and Blake is an incredible asset.

What a fun restaurant where one can enjoy a beautiful Southern California sunset! Beautiful atmosphere, exceptional staff, and a great menu. Nushi was in charge and it was fun! We will definitely return soon.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and everyone on staff made a point to wish us congratulations. We also brought our 4 month along and I was so thankful that the staff and other patrons were welcoming of the baby. The champagne toast at sunset was the perfect way to celebrate! Food was great but the atmosphere was even greater!

Reviews looked good but our food was almost inedible, we had one piece of the pizza we ordered. I think frozen pizza is better. The only credit they get is the location and ambiance

Excited to try a new spot on the lake. Deeply disappointed that the fish was served bathed in excessive butter. Inedible. The service was from a wait staff thag was polite but did not touch table unless we flagged them down.

David was our waiter and our table was mostly unattended to. We were only drinking water the five of us and had to asked for water refill five times. He was gone not even around most of our two hours there. I have been a patron for five years and have never experienced poor service as we did last night. For a $200 dinner, you really should have nothing but excellent service since you are serviing a wealthy sect of ppl. All of us have patronized your restaurant for years and never had such ppor service ever before. For the fact we were celebrating my mother's 86th bday, all of tried hard not to let the extremely poor service damper the occasion! I have owned and ran my own business for 20 years and would want to know as an owner of a clients displeasure and horrible experience. Would love to hear back from upper management or ownership.
