This boba place is on the edge of HB and Westminster and has some delicious boba. There no fancy looks nice but taste horrible milk tea here. If you order no sugar (yes no sugar), you get the full taste of the tea and toppings without having a full blast of sugar in your mouth. Even though there was only one person serving in the morning, the wait was no longer than 5 minutes for two boba teas.its worth coming if you are in the area to grab a tea.
Prompt service, made quick, nice store decorations for Halloween (oddly, sign is already on Christmas).
As for the Tie Guan Yin milk tea with boba, boba was soft like it ought to be. Regular sugar level wasn't high enough (vs Taiwan boba shops), not enough ice to make it cold enough on a hot 80s day, and tasted a touch watered down/dull. Probably good for some who prefer a warmer boba drink that isn't as sweet, but for me, not an amazing boba drink - didn't...

My order was ready within 5 minutes. I really like the natural Strawberry flavor, paired with a slice of strawberry and the chunks of chewy aiyu jelly. Adding $1.10 for toppings seemed a bit pricey...
