Today I went to this restaurant to get lunch. When I went inside, the restaurant did not look bad and service was ok. I ordered the “Vegan Stir Fried Crispy / Soft Thick Rice Noodle” to go. After I went home to eat my lunch, the food I ordered look VERY unappetizing. The vegetables were burnt and got the black burnt stuff on my noodles. I write this review to hope they make better food next time. I will not EVER return again and if I could give them 0 stars, I would.

My experience at this place was a mixed bag. The scallops with noodles were alright but overly saucy. The garlic buttered escargot was bland and unappealing. The razor clams and blood clams were just okay, while the clams with banana flower salad provided a refreshing change.Service was a letdown. Despite multiple requests, we had to wait ages for our hot sake. We were also asked to move tables for a larger party, which led to our sauces and napkins being tossed. Getting replacements was a hassle, and even the hot sauce seemed watered down.Considering the cramped space and abundance of staff, the slow and neglectful service was disappointing. I would rather go to Oc & Lau for this type of food.

I don't like to write reviews. If I did, I would give *****, but this place is so bad that I have to write.- Crispy fried fish, I don't know what kind of oil to fry it with, old or new?! But eating from noon to evening is still stuck in the neck and cannot be digested! (very annoyed).-In my opinion, the dipping sauces are too bad.-Grilled shrimp is not fresh (when peeled, the meat falls apart).-The crab was probably fried for too long so the crab meat stuck to the shell and couldn't be removed...-When ordering 1 crab, bring out 2 crabs (maybe the customer and the staff don't understand each other?!) the waiter brings in 1 crab, then 4 or 5 staff stand pointing at the customer's table, one Later, the waiter brought out the crab. and said he did it wrong! We also sympathize, if you can't eat it all, take it home.-When calculating the bill, is it automatically added 15 or 20%? Service charge on the bill...

I've come here to eat several times and have never been disappointed. Grilled chicken feet with satay is very delicious and delicious. The hot pots cannot be criticized, especially the silkworm fish hotpot and goby fish hotpot with giang leaves. If you have the chance, everyone should come and try the food here. Bien Hen is my go to spot when I craved some seafood at night. The vibes were chill, cozy and the staff were super friendly. The seafood platter was fresh and delicious. I recommend razor clams with butter green onions, and garlic butter escargot. The crispy grilled catfish is a must try especially when eaten with sweet dipping fish sauce. Despite the being busy, staff members are always helpful reaching out to check in. Especially server Andy, he was kind, talkative and super helpful. If you're into seafood, you should definitely check this place out. ??
