I ordered Bánh Bèo Chén and Bún Bò Huế. The Bánh Bèo Chén was excellent—it was served in small bowls that kept it warm until the last bite, and the texture was perfectly soft. The fish sauce was well-balanced and complemented the dish nicely. As for the Bún Bò Huế, it was above average but not outstanding. The meat was a bit too chewy, and the portion of steamed beef (Chả Bò) was quite small, with only two tiny pieces. The service was fast, and the restaurant...
The restaurant is clean and airy. The bun bo soup was a bit salty for me, especially the iced tea which was too expensive for 1 cup at $2.75. I didn't believe it and had to check carefully and it was true.
