Chipotle is reliable for good quick food. Some of them are not the greatest in dining room experience. This was ok. The diner is expected to fend for themselves.

This is the second time I order from this store and the 2nd time they have not given us our guacamole!!! We’ve paid for guacamole each time but for some reason they never give it to us. It’s extremely frustrating and we will never be getting our food here again. Terrible service.

Came here with my brother around 8:50 PM.
The food quality sucked. It was cold and when we saw the counter, it looked messy and the food was at the bottom of the containers, not fresh.
We got 1 chip bag and the chips were stale.
We spent $40. So disappointing.

I’m sure I can get two combos at IN-N-OUT Burger, way affordable and the food & customer service are top notch.

Ordered a Kids meal and got 1 puny pre-filled taco instead of the two tortillas and meat as advertised. Not coming back to this store.

The quality of food was subpar. The guacamole was not well prepared and I found whole Avocado pieces in it. The fajitas were overcooked and bad.

The employees are excellent

Absolutely horrific portion sizes. The worker literally gave me 1 scope of rice and half of scoop of chicken for a bowl and it cost 16 dollars. It's like the workers doesn't give a damn. For 16 dollars, I rather get a poke bowl with higher quality food, fish, and portion. Hadn't been here in a while and now I know the reason why. Just terrible.

They give out the smallest portions for the most expensive food. They are always out of the smoked Tabasco sauce. The meal is just not good without the Tabasco sauce especially with the small portions. This is all because of the new manager. A couple years ago this was my favorite restaurant now it is junk.

They ran out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken? I had to get steak instead. I didn't want to wait the 15 minutes for it to be ready during my lunch.

Thank you to the very nice staff at the Chipotle in Westminster. I was accidentally sent home with someone else’s order, I took it back and they were super nice and re-made my order for me quickly. And the food was so good! I appreciate it!

make sure to double check receipt! Came in for a chicken bowl to go and got charged for a steak bowl....

I buy a bowl yesterday like 8:00 pm and the steak was raw.
