Dear coffee shop owner who will read this: There is nothing you can do to make up for the lack of care you give your customers. Even when I went to the counter to pay for some items that were actually delivered to my table, you didn't show any remorse for wasting our family's time nor did you explain why. Food was delayed for hours. Don't pretend to care by responding to this review. I can't even begin to detail the experience of having good luck eating here on the recommendation of a youtuber. (cough: combination of K and T). Do you guys pay youtubers to promote restaurants? Because it looked amazing in the video posted the day before I got here. No one greeted us upon arrival and we had to find a waiter to reserve a table. Even though I ordered three dishes, only one was delivered on time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I had to ask about missing orders, which were then forgotten. Pate Special was disappointing - the bread was cold and dense. Even after requesting a replacement, it was still unsatisfactory. Service was lacking and I felt there was no interest from the wait staff or owners. I won't come back.TLDR; do NOT dine in. Get drinks, desserts, whatever. Eating here will result in hours and money wasted.To the cafe owner that will read this: You cannot do anything that will make up for the lack of care you have for your customers. Knew about this place for a long time, but never tried their French Style Beef Stew (Bo Nau Ruou Vang) before. It was excellent. The beef is soft and the soup is very tasty. On the side, it came with bread, butter, salt/pepper, lemon, chili, and soy sauce. They gave plenty of bread and all was gone dipped with the soup. Price is reasonable, service was great, and the interior is clean and decorative. I will be back to try their meat ball soup (Xiu Mai).
