I’ve been coming to this El Pollo loco for a while now since switching office locations. The staff is always on point and respectful. The restaurant is always clean. They keep their music at a decent level and often on a Spanish music channel to keep the Latin theme. The girl with short hair and tattoos (I think she’s the manager) is always on top of things and treats her employees great also…. Probably one of the reasons the place is ran well.

This POLLO Loco was Fire, and the Service was good. I dined in and when I received my Food it was HOT right off the Grill, meaning the POLLO of course. I would definitely recommend and come back to this

This location serves the freshest food and the cashier is very friendly. Unfortunately other locations do not compare to this location should use this location as a model for other locations.
