I am so very happy I finally got to check this place out! My main reason was to get the bottle service, the dessert pot, and the sampler. It can be a little confusing so I had to ask the employee a million questions before I finally decided what was good for my family and I. I decided the best thing was to get the Large sampler which came with the following: salted egg chips, elote, fries with 2 different flavors, chicken wings, egg rolls, tempura, popcorn chicken and the sauces....read full review
FACTORY TEA BAR in WESTMINSTER is OC's Hottest Boba Bar Hiding in Little Saigon. Factory Tea Bar serves bubble tea in a lounge... making it a beautiful place to hangout with friends. The music is soothing making in an inviting spot to study for all exams. They have a lot of new drinks this summer. I got the sea salt coffee and the green milk tea deluxe.
