After looking around what is left of the Westminster Mall, we checked out the food court to find the BIG RED **Fuji Japan** sign! Their uniform is very lovely.
I assume the man that serviced us was the owner or manager very nice and energetic with a big smile!
He offered us a free sample of chicken, We immediately ordered the chicken fried rice!! The other cook served us and poured a sauce over our dish before serving it was FANTASTIC! Also ordered boba milk...

Me and my boyfriend got lunch from here. We shared one teriyaki chicken and shrimp fried rice and it was quite filling and really good. It's our first time trying this place out in this (semi abandoned) Westminster mall, and I would recommend it for anyone to try it.
