I haven’t had “real” Vietnamese food for more than a decade but if my memory serves me right -this is as close to authentic in flavor, scent and texture as you’ll get, only vegetarian. I make the drive from Irvine to here almost weekly, sometimes twice! That’s how good the food here is!! Even if you’re not into the vegetarian alternative diet, I would suggest you still give this place a shot.

I recently dined here and had a highly disappointing experience. The customer service was abysmal, with rude and inattentive staff who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to patrons. Additionally, the hygiene standards were appalling, with dirty utensils and a noticeable lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

This is my mom's favorite vegetarian restaurant. She's the pickiest person I know, so when she approves of a restaurant, it's good. They specialize in Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine. The food is authentic and delicious. I usually like getting the shaken beef rice dish (#37). The service is pretty quick here too and there's also plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. I also got to try the corn milk for the first time and it was really interesting. It's soy milk mixed with corn and it has a subtle coconut milk flavor to it. The restaurant is located right next to Phoholic and there's a small parking lot right in front. There's usually always parking available, but if not you can park in the neighboring plazas right next to it or park nearby on a street.

And I had to repeat my voice SOOOO MANY TIMES that when I ate the food I couldn't even enjoy it anymore although the food was fairly good but it should be because the prices aren't average. Just had a delicious lunch here with my bestie for Buddhist vegan day. I ordered Bun Rieu and she got the Bun Bo Hue. The broth tastes amazing and the veggie meats in it tastes so yummy. Sorry no pics, we were starving when we got here. I'll definitely come back on vegan days.

Great service and delicious vegetarian selection on my vegetarian days. The aroma to their soups taste similar to the original Vietnamese dishes. All their dishes hits differently depends on what you're craving for.
