Not the best service, mainly due lots of customers, which is why the small parking lot is always filled up and not easy to maneuver in for those of you who are not great at driving, but the food is worth it.The com tam simile is a great option. I haven’t had “real” Vietnamese food for more than a decade but if my memory serves me right -this is as close to authentic in flavor, scent and texture as you’ll get, only vegetarian. I make the drive from Irvine to here almost weekly, sometimes twice! That’s how good the food here is!! Even if you’re not into the vegetarian alternative diet, I would suggest you still give this place a shot.

This is my mom's favorite vegetarian restaurant. She's the pickiest person I know, so when she approves of a restaurant, it's good. They specialize in Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine.
