Hot Pot City

It was mine and my girlfriend‘s first time ever getting hot pot, and the lady was so kind and explained clearly and concisely how everything worked. She checked up on us every couple of minutes to make sure everything was going smoothly. The food was great, nothing to complain about.

I do not recommend this place's food. The meat is low quality and chewy. It did not seem too fresh. The broth had no flavor and it was 3$ more. I also wish there was more sauces. The food was edible and the concept of bbqing and hotpot is great, its just the food wasn't all that tasty. But biggest turn off is the price. This place is COSTLY for the amount of food you get. We ate for 90$ and it didnt feel like a 90$ meal, with bland sauces and low quality meat. I do like the fish tank and overall decorations. The service was decent

The portions are so small for the amount of each plate. The broth has really no flavor. The customer service is wonderful. They are the friendliest of people. I will come back and try again.

I hardly complain but this place is quite seriously dirty for a restaurant and is in need of cleaning. The back of the booth chair was so oily that my hair got stuck to it and I saw that there was a lot of other people's hair on the chair so I just sat straight up avoiding touching the hair. It was also horribly hot inside and everything is sticky. I left still feeling hungry and spent as much as a buffet. The sauces were lacking and the broth was very bland. I will not be coming back, but there's plenty of parking if that matters for you. For this price, I could have easily paid for all you can eat hotpot elsewhere in a cleaner environment and better quality and actually leave feeling full.

This is a place I hold near and dear to my heart! I love the combo of bbq and hot pot. The price is reasonable, and for someone who can literally just eat the rice and hot pot broth and be happy, so worth the visit!
