Specializing in selling Hue Dishes
Food was delicious. One of our go-to places when we visit SoCal. One thing to note: the menu says something like they can customize menu items to be vegetarian, however they told us they couldn't when we asked.
Great food that is Hue authentic

One of the rarest authentic “mountain” regional Vietnamese-food restaurants. It can be quiet and cultural shock if you’re not Vietnamese, or acquainted with loud Vietnamese ladies chatting amongst themselves while preparing food for you. Think Omakase but instead it’s Vietnamese wet market.

Mi Quang is 8/10.
They have the best Bún Bò Huế and Chả Ốc ? I had to buy a whole bunch of Chả Ốc back to Houston I also ordered Cơm Hến, which was 4 out of 5 ⭐️The food wait was short and their customer service was great too!

The food is serviceable, nothing too special. You get a lot of bang for your buck, they loaded my plate up with meat so you're sure to be full. Service was quick, but I can't say anything good about the atmosphere, you're essentially sitting at a flea market connected to a kitchen.

Banh Canh is so salted....
I have to add full of hot water from my hot water cup into my bowl but it seems still salted!
This food seems to be added too much MSG make my tonger numbered...
Waiter & manager quite calm , not friendly and NOT good service!
The noodle soup is too salty...
I had to make more hot water from the whole cup of hot water I ordered, but it seemed the noodle soup was still salty.
Maybe the chef seasoned my tongue with too much sweet foam...
The waiter and manager are quite cold, unfriendly and do not provide good service...
