I placed a mobile order for my drink. I’m currently on a diet so I am trying to only have a certain amount. But I ordered a medium and somehow I got a large which normally I would be thankful for but unfortunately, I really have to watch what I’m eating at the moment. They’re super nice and they ended up putting some into another cup and I ended up giving it to a friend. Really awesome people here, but does get really busy so fair warning for rush-hour times.

Placed my order at 5:09 and got it at 5:24. It took 15 mins and when I got it, It was more juice than anything and the girls blamed it on the dasher claiming he picked it up late. In 15 mins my smoothie completely melted? Really?

The most rudest costumer service. Dumb, ugly, nasty, crusty hair, with an ugly neck tattoo female worker is too lazy to do her job and restock saying she had a 3 hour rush when the place is dead. Just lazy and rude

This Jamba is place is understaffed. There’s only 1 person working by themselves and when it gets busy they seem overwhelmed, but still manage to provide excellent service. I’ve noticed that lots of their stuff/machinery is either broken or not working well. For example I noticed that when workers are trying to use the oven, they seem to struggle to get it to work every time. Another example is that when I ordered an orange juice the poor workers were getting sprayed with juice because there’s no shield to prevent from getting sprayed. I also noticed a couple weeks ago, when entering the building it was hot and I asked why and the workers said that the AC wasn’t working. I came back a couple a weeks later to the same issue where the AC was still not working and it was super hot in the store. I feel bad for workers who are working at night, especially because I always see girls working late at night. There should be least 1 other person for safety precautions, especially after the incident where the store got broken into. I remember coming in the next day and asking about it and came back later that day at night to see the same girl by herself. Overall the service is great! They have great workers who truly work hard to get this done, especially when understaffed but the atmosphere in the store can be improved majorly.
Everytime I come here for something, their out. I came here this morning for a ginger shot, and guess what? They don't have ginger. Other times it's lemon, or Wheatgrass.

Smaller Jamba location, but they don’t really need anything big. The parking lot is big and usually easy to find a spot. Inside the store things are clean, drinks are nice and fresh. Staff is friendly, always a plus!
