I usually have good experiences at Jersey Mike’s, so I didn’t think twice about trying a new sandwich. At first everything seemed fine, and my order came out as expected. However, while I was eating, I noticed a live roach crawling on the floor nearby. I was completely disgusted and ended up throwing my sandwich away without finishing it.
I immediately let one of the employees know, and he appeared genuinely shocked that it was there and that we had seen it. I would have asked for a refund, but honestly, in that moment I was just too disgusted and wanted to leave. While I appreciate the employee’s picking it up, the situation completely ruined my overall appetite and experience. Cleanliness is extremely important, especially in a food establishment, and unfortunately this visit left me very disappointed wouldn’t come back again.

I was hung cheddddah (no pun intended) and I went to this jersey mikes this meal revived me and let me just add the workers were great and made me a damn good sub let’s just say Mike put his secret sauce all over my sub thanks jersey mikes in Manchester taytum like boys

Jersey Mike's is a solid sandwich shop, and they can pump out some sandwiches. Pretty quick for the lunch time, so the food is good ,service over the Top and atmosphere is small and loud, but overall 👌 and I was taken care of 4 sandwiches later. Good Stuff.

The three workers that were there on Tuesday evening are nothing short of outstanding! Courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! Food was as to be expected but the whole experience was enhanced by great service and you can’t train people to do that, these workers were naturals!!
Honestly can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience here. The sandwiches are exactly what you’d expect from any other jersey mikes if you’ve been there: fresh and well prepared. The food is always ready in time when I order through the app or occasionally done before the expected completion time.
