I am writing this review based on the stellar service, particularly from Kevin. I was so impressed by the person and any business would be beyond lucky to have him. He actually comes off as he genuinely cares, and I think this is increasingly rare in this world -- he is a breath of fresh air and truly blew me away with his service and care. I am visiting and my friend wanted to eat there. I am vegan and the store has little to offer in the way of vegan options. I asked what could be done for someone who is vegan and words can't describe how attentive and caring he was during the whole process. He made suggestions, took notes amidst kind chat and assurances that weren't even asked for, and then at the end, he even double checked, asking the person who cooked it, again without my asking, "You didn't put cheese on it, did you?" These types of people really should be recognized and I hope he is. We go through days full of people trying to get through the hum drum, collect their measly checks and go home. And nobody can blame them -- things are hard these days. But it makes people like Kevin even more of a rarity and I really hope his display of exceptional character is rewarded.

G is for Genuine and G's like Joe. Awesome service with me but also was very polite and personal with the other 2 people he served. Asking each guest how their day was. Felt like a tailored experience. He also was helping his co-worker who seemed new. Sandwich was great! The service was excellent thanks again Joe.

I appreciate the business reaching out and improving on this problem. this is what it is all about. just wanted my order to be correct. my online orders came through accurate the last two times i ordered in the last two month. although i don't frequent here as much did in the past, perhaps i will again in the future. thanks

There is no doubt that Jersey Mike's Subs majes good subs. This is our second location, and it is convenient to get to this one. It is now up to the young guys to make it equal to or better than the previous Jersey Mike's on the far west end of HB. No problem with parking, and the place was clean with a few dine in patrons. We were greeted at the door and a young lad took my order of the giant #2 on a white roll. It was fun watching the slicing and putting all the cheese and meats and fresh lettuce and tomatoes and topped with that flavor dressing in the bottle. The lovely missus orders a regular #7, and she watches the assembly of her sub closely to make sure it matches the description on the big sign on the wall. Oh well , it must definitely have been a mixup. No mayo and no bacon...so a very nice young lady made the corrections. We paid with a CC, leaving a decent tip. I liked the wrapping and carrying bag to bring our subs home. It was a great choice as I bit into one of the quartered giant sub. The missus had no issues with her reconstructed sub. We vowed to come back.

Again, ordered #8 today and a BLT for my kid, who is the single pickiest person on the planet and she eats it up like it's candy.#8 Mikes way with banana and jalapeño peppers is spot on. Place was crazy busy and I had a kid in the car so had to grab and run and that was not an issue. Clean and friendly.. ambiance is exactly what you want. Place is a complete no brainer for quick (sandie ready in under 15) and delicious treat.. everyone in my house loves it, which is basically unprecedented. So damn good!!

Stopped by to get a sandwich, when I came in I was greeted by the workers. I asked for some recommendations and they gave me a few and described the sandwich to me, it sounded so good so I ordered the #13 the Original Italian. Wow, I'm glad I chose this one, it was so delicious! I would def come back to try the other subs frm their menu. Honorable Mentions: -Plenty of parking -Accepts credit card -Dining available -Sign up for their rewards program!

Came here after a long day of running errands and was greeted immediately by the 3 gentlemen behind the counter. They were amazing! My order was a little complicated because I was sharing a sub with my sister and they even packed the halves separately which I have never seen before. Once I started eating my meal I was immediately in love. It's the best sandwich I've ever had at Jersey mikes and I go to a different location at least once a week. Thank you for the amazing service and meal! I will 100% drive the extra 20 mins over to this location instead.

Everyone there was super kind and made things enjoyable and fast!! Anthony is a wonderful person, i need to come back very soon he deserves a huge tip!! They also are great with allergies, asking if it's preference or allergy and having a cart with separate condiments in squeeze bottles to keep things contaminant free!

Best sandwiches around and they honestly made my day today. Asked for extra pickles because I was having a bad day...not only did they pile on the pickles, but left such a sweet note that put a huge smile on my face. Honestly great food and such an amazing team!!!!
