We mostly order the matcha storm in this location. But I personally love it. So far one of the best matcha within OC . Especially with the pudding its very nice. My kid loves the strawberry milk tea too. The spot is not too crowded and a lot of parking. They also have lots of promos so dont forget to signup.

I came here on a breezy Saturday evening and was still in the mood for a smoothie. The ambiance is very vibrant with some seating on the left side. I kindly asked the staff on duty regarding their dairy alternatives, and he politely replied that they offer oat or almond milk. I went ahead and ordered a Taro Crush with almond milk and boba. He then clarified if I wanted to omit the sea salt crema (because the crema has dairy), so I kindly requested to not include it.
Within two minutes, my dairy-free Taro Crush was ready. I am truly fond of the taro paste circled in the large cup, as well as the smooth blended texture of the taro flavor and almond milk. The boba was very warm, fresh and chewy. Overall, I am truly impressed with the Taro Crush and am glad it can be customized as dairy free. Krak Boba on Brookhurst and McFadden is now added to my favorite legit boba spots in the OC.

The menu and drinks are the same as all their other locations. They have a decent selection of different types of drinks to choose from. Compared to other Krak locations we've been to, the workers are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.
* Lychee Tea: 9/10 - comes with actual lychee bits
The interior is nice and they have plenty of tables to sit at. We came to use our birthday reward on the app and the entire process went super smoothly.
We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area! ☺️

Been coming here for a while since it’s the closest location to me. I’ve visited 3 different Krak Boba locations, including this one. Safe to say they’re consistent throughout all locations!
Tip: Highly recommend their rewards program! They have their own app! You get points for every purchase, coupons, and bday freebies!
Parking: This spot is located in a large plaza, so finding a spot is easy.
Ambiance/Environment: This spot has always been nice and clean. They have cute wall decor. There’s limited amount of indoor seating and no outdoor seating.
Service: Every worker I’ve encountered is quick and efficient. They’re knowledgeable about the menu.
Drinks: I can’t remember all the drinks I’ve tried, but just know, they’re called “Krak” boba for a reason. Their drinks are sooo good. I always get the ‘King Brûlée’ or something from their coffee series. Their coffee is strong, the fruit teas are refreshing, and the milk teas are sweet.
Pricing: It is a bit on the pricier end, especially for boba drinks. They only offer one size for majority of their drinks. I noticed the cups did change tho in the past couple years. They use to have plastic cups with their logo printed.

The girl working the counter around 5:30pm said they don't do 25% sweet.. even though it's on the literal menu and I've only ever gotten my drinks 25% sweet. And it seems like she was more interested in flirting with her coworkers than anything else.
Also the boba and mini boba are super undercooked. I'm probably not going to come back for awhile. Low key ruined my experience here

It's located in a busy shipping area and parking was a challenge on the weekend.
The interior was cute and kudos to the two girls who worked there as they were super nice. We took a while to decide what to order and they were both very patient with us.
Our orders were made pretty quickly and the sizes were larger than I expected. Prices were fair. We were all pretty happy with the drinks.

Real good and unique flavored boba: the dragon slayer is among the best and most unique one I’ve tasted. Their brown sugar one is good as well. Wished they have food so we can get a little savory with the sweet. Customer service was great. Place was nice and clean. Easy to find parking in this plaza
