Balut is a unique culinary experience that might not suit everyone's taste buds, but it's worth exploring for its cultural significance and distinct flavors. There is no ambiance because you buy it home to boil! The service was ok!
ALERT!!! Cash only Came in wanting fresh sugar cane (nuoc mia) & they delivered! I love it with kumquat but it's not in season now. Cococane hack: mix nuoc mia with Harmless Harvest brand coconut water and you have a delicious "homemade" cococane drink. You're welcome. YUM!!!

Still my favorite place to get sugarcane (nuoc mia). Don't expect anything fancy as this place is super traditional, just pure sugarcane and kumquat if you like a little citrus. I believe their sugarcanes are home grown. Every time I'm in this area, I have to come here and order a cup because it's so nostalgic for my childhood and their sugarcane is just one of the best. I would dare to even say it's better than Cococane too and the price is still lower than all the overhyped...read full review
