Easy parking since big parking, big menu with plenty of great choices. Order via Kiosk, easy and adjust the sweet & iced to your liking. Fast turnaround & didn’t interact with staff at all. Plenty of inside seating & also they do have outside seating too. Cute and upbeats decor with great vibe. Big and comfy booths. The drinks are good and dessert is okey, nothing special but great for nibbling over conversations with friends and/or family. Great hangout for sure.

I have edit this review I made 6 months ago. First time I came here I gave them 4 stars, now it’s less than 1 star. It’s so bad now!!! They forget to put sugar and whatever makes it good. So sad that they could serve a customer something so bad.

Stopped by Meet Fresh in Westminster on a hot day with a discount coupon—but the visit was a disappointment. Staff were really impatient and unhelpful about using coupons.
Ordered the Grape Mango Shaved Ice ($15.75 with 25% off) and expected mango chunks, but mostly got under-ripe pineapple—hard, tart, and grapes-flavored was artificial tasting. On top of that, the printed menu doesn’t show prices, and you have to either download the app or see the counter menu which is super inconvenient.
Overall: poor service, misleading dessert, and I probably won’t be coming back.

Service was upsettingly slow. Waited 20 mins just for 2 drinks which took them 2 minutes to make after we finally got up to REMIND them. Which was also when they gave us notice that one drink wasn’t available— after 20 minutes… when WE decided to step up. Only 2 workers were behind the counter, one seems to be an obvious trainee.
Incompetent management should start scheduling at least 3 workers to be present at all time with at least ONE skilled team lead. Especially on WEEKENDS. Maybe then your poor employees will be less miserable at their jobs without having customers complain/yell at them weekly.
But on the bright side if any job seekers reading this prefers a slow-paced workplace then this is the perfect place for you!

I can't believe they serve this. Also be prepared to clean your own table. Every single table had food debris. You do your own order, pick up your own food, clean your own table, put away your own dishes. What is tip for?
