Their green tea drink is very refreshing when ordered just slightly sweet I like their shaved ice but just wish their fruits were a bit sweeter or more ripe. But overall, this is a good dessert place that is super close to my parents house so will frequent more often.

Love the ambience and decorations. Dessert was refreshing with the big scoop of sweet taro paste and ice cream which paired well with black jelly. Taro and potato balls were chewy and soft. Overall, great experience.

5 years ago, had the first MeetFresh in Irvine and its was good and fresh. Great dessert concept. Today’s the same. Don’t taste the freshness, the employees looked stressed, the place needed to be clean especially the restroom. Just honest suggestions to better the business.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and was passing by so decided I had to stop by. They were closing in about 15 minutes and I had no idea how to order but the lady in the front was extremely helpful and nice and ended up getting exactly what I wanted. Tasted even better than I expected! then I had to be that guy and ask if I can get something hot to drink because my mouth is freezing. The guy cleaning the tables said no problem and helped me decide on what I wanted. They made it for me No hesitation even though I was the last one to leave. Can’t wait to come back. Feels the design stupid. Not transparent cup, can not see the tea level and it leak out. Also, topping can not see too. How do I know how many boba left?
The store is violate the customer privacy. With the gift certificate, the cashier makes the kid take the photo with the gift certificate before ordering. Even the store takes away the original gift certificate. Most kids don’t want to take photo. Then the gift certificate can’t used. What is a scam for not redeeming customers’ gift certificates.

I have never seen a meet fresh this busy. Parking: free parking in the lot. But a lot of spots are only 10 mins. The parking lot gets full and busy real fast. Come a bit earlier to scout for spots. Service: the world's slowest meet fresh is probably here. But it's also cuz they are so busy! All the guest hovering like vultures waiting for the tables. Would honestly NOT recommend this meet fresh for the first time experience. It's worse than Disneyland on Christmas Day. It took over 35+ minutes to get our order. Food: we got their almond soup dish (don't remember which combo). We typically get this dish at other meet fresh stores. This meet fresh definitely water downed the almond soup as it wasn't even a milk white color that it normally is, but ours was almost clear. Like you could see the boba and taro balls at the bottom of the dish cuz of how clear it was (okay maybe a little dramatic, but it was very thinned down). Pretty sure this was cuz they were so backed up and had to make more orders by thinning down the soup. I enjoy meet fresh a lot! If you're familiar with the quality of meet fresh, you'll know this specific store is just busy and isn't trying to minimize your experience but trying to maximize others experience. Go to another meet fresh for your first time and then come back to this one just cuz all the reviews say this one is pretty dang busy.
