This is one of my favorite Pho spots in all of America! Yes it's that good and I'm very passionate about Pho (I have an aunt who owned a pho restaurant) every time I'm in the neighborhood we always stop to get a bowl. It's truly a hidden gem.

I went to this place today, but to find out they went out of business. The place is torn up inside

This restaurant is no longer in business. I stopped by this morning on 7/10/2021, the door was open, but it's dark and nothing inside. I also called their number to confirm, the operator indicate that the number was no longer in service.

Chicken pho is the best item to get here in my opinion. Their free range chicken has a nice yellow color to the skin and is very soft and chewy. The broth and is amazing, light, and so much flavor. Their ginger fish sauce dipping sauce is on point and it pairs well with the chicken.

I just went here recently today and the service was great :) I haven't been here in a while. The pho tai was good for the price and the size was decent too. It is not too big and not too small. They follow COVID-19 guidelines by keeping the tables far apart and all the workers had a mask on at all times. They do not leave the sauce on the table right when you enter, they only take the sauces, utensils, and napkins out once you finished ordering your food. I highly recommend this place for pho. It is affordable and inexpensive and there is plenty of parking in the plaza on a weekday:)

Food and service were bad, l will never come back . Pho broth was ok but very little meat, they ran out of beef tripe but did not add more meat to compensate. Also end up with stomach ache afterwards. The ice tea took a long time as they said that they brew a new one but came out like yellowish water , no taste. The place were empty, only 2 tables occupied but there were a family of 4 came in. They made them wait so they could clean the dirty table before having them sit on that same table. My husband had PHo Ga, it was the worse Pho Ga he ever had. Nothing compared to the old Pho Nguyen Hue that he knew .

I have tried their catfish before and it is quite good! Sampled their pho and it wasn't bad. So I came in one day to order pho. I am sorry. It's hard to mess up pho and it was pretty horrible. The broth and meat tasted old and spoiled. The taste and aroma of pho was nonexistent. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was so bad, I can't even fathom the thought of the possibility of a second chance. Especially during COVID times, consistency is key for survival.

Came in for lunch with friends a couple times in January, 2020. The place was virtually empty. It used to be packed with waiting list under the original owners and chefs. The pho bo, beef noodle soup, still has clean, tasty broth over flavored with cinnamon, but the rare beef was shredded filet mignon, so tiny there were no bite and taste in them. Usually eye round slices are used for rare beef in pho. Another time a group of 8 ordered a small meal with dishes of traditional VN cuisine. The food was authentic but servings were very small. The meal costed $20 a head. We could have gone toa few AYCE hot pot places or Chinese restaurants like Seafood Paradise and had a feast for the same cost but with double the amount of fine food and dimsum. This is why hot pot and Chinese restaurants do a lot of business and Nguyen Hue does very little.

This place has changed quite a bit from 10 years ago. Half of the store is now a quan nhau and the lights are turned off on that side to give it that pub-bar ambience. Their pho broth is tasty and rich in fat so if that isn't your cup of tea... Ermmm... Bowl of pho, then steer clear! They offer reg thin pho noodles and the thick/wide ones. I love wide noodles but they make it too mushy here. The meats were tasty and I quite enjoyed my bowl.

This place had me f***** up. When I first tried that wonderful pho broth, it was like drinking from The Fountain of HUE'th. I will only get my noodle soup from this joint from now on Thx Hue
