I love this place and visit every time I'm in town. Usually way after midnight. The food is great and inexpensive. Where I'm from in Denver a meal like this generally costs over 2x the price.
Monday 9/2/24 Lunch at Phở Vĩnh Ký in Westminster with my mother and sister. Enjoying pho with the best price! Soup base was authentic.
The service staff were friendly and attentive. Their English is limited however I get to use my broken Vietnamese.

This pho is good. The broth is tasty, not sugary sweet, with bone depth, clean, clear. I ordered a large steaming hot bowl with extra rendered fat and scallion to crank up the creamy taste. Service was quick and pleasant.
