OMG. I just ordered an 8 piece classic today and IT WAS TOO SALTY!!! >:-(

I like their quality of food but prices are way too much. Service their is mostly bad and they lack restrooms in lot of places.

Food is average for a Popeyes. Always understaffed you have to order on a kiosk and food takes a long time to get out. Idk Popeyes staffs always seem miserable to me. Place is always warm the sun shines into room. Usually filled with students from the local high school who can be annoying.

Site shows drive through, but it’s walk in only. Parking lot is very small and sketchy area. Decided to go to another site

Doesnt show any signs on wut to do if ur paying with ebt.... which was the most paying method at the time. I watched ppl get confused like I was - helped by quickly explaining u gota put pay at register. Every1 including me swiped our card, swiped our card again, got a piece of paper that said we cant pay with ebt. Well if u didnt know that u might do wut i did which was exit the session on the kiosk cuz a nice size line was already behind me. I found out I wasnt supposed to delete my order when the guy told me i need to do it again cuz he dont know wut i want. On top of the fact. There was only 1 little time that it says that take ebt. On the window facing the street. Nowhere else. Nowhere inside... that i could find that is. .
Last but not least, when we got home we realized they didnt put our biscuits in the bag....

So we had to go back.

I and my son just come here for the first time.we are seating to eat. My son sáid the food is good but The cashier's attitude so mean. She need have smile. I think that she does not smile whole day, may be all day. I think she need to learn to show friendly to customer or she can work in the kitchen.

1 employee during the dinner rush at 5pm? Waited for 40+min for a simple order. Give this guy credit he was working his tail off but you guys gotta help him out or tell customers on the app that the wait will be 40+ min for pickup.

3/3 times my orders have been wrong. Sides are half full when served. Dunno what's going on here. Facilities constantly locked during business hours.
